Guided Projects

Guided Projects
Tell me about it
So, it’s our final block of the year, and we know that so many of you have been through a few, if not all, of our Block Classes. Lots of you in this situation ask “what’s next?”, so it’s about time we answered!
We are trialling our Guided Projects sessions, which are basically our old Freestyle Sessions with a turbo charger fitted! If you have an idea of something complex and need help to create it, or would like guidance with creating your first range of jewellery, this is exactly what these sessions are for.
Can I do this class?
As long as you are competent and comfortable sitting at the bench and getting on with making, you’ll be fine. This isn’t a class to learn jewellery making, it’s to have an expert tutor on hand to assist with your own project. Please don’t expect to be taught new techniques at length during these sessions. If you are unsure just get in touch!
What happens?
That depends on you, doesn’t it? Bring your wonderful ideas to life in the comfort of our fully equipped studios.
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything tools or equipment with you as we will provide everything we usually do for you. Everyone will have their own bench with access to all the tools required to make jewellery. This is different to Freestyle, where we will still provide your consumables for you.
Please wear long hair tied up [or bring something to do so], don’t wear open-toed shoes and keep loose-fitting clothing to a minimum.
If you need glasses to see things close up, please bring them with you. Making jewellery is fiddly!
