REFUNDS

Our classes have small group sizes, and each booking reserves one of a limited number of places. For this reason we operate a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please check the dates carefully before booking. Once a class has been booked, it cannot be refunded. All class bookings are made for a specific date and cannot be treated as open-ended vouchers.

If you are unable to attend your class, please refer to the cancellation and rescheduling options below.

ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS

If circumstances arise meaning you can no longer attend your chosen class, we can issue a credit voucher for the value of your booking. Vouchers must be used within six months of the original class date.

The value of the voucher depends on how much notice is given:

More than 6 weeks before the class – Full credit voucher issued

6 – 4 weeks before the class – Voucher issued minus a 20% administration fee

4 – 2 weeks before the class – Voucher issued minus a 50% administration fee

Less than 2 weeks before the classNo voucher can be issued

Alternatively, you may transfer your place to someone else. If you do this, please inform us of the name and contact details of the new attendee so we can update our records and send them the relevant class information.

rescheduling CLASSES

If you would like to move your booking to another date, we will do our best to accommodate this where spaces are available. Please note that your preferred alternative date may not be available.

Each booking may only be rescheduled once.

Due to the administrative time involved in reorganising classes and the risk of unfilled spaces, the following administration fees apply depending on how much notice is given:

More than 6 weeks before the class – No fee

6 – 4 weeks before the class20% administration fee

4 – 2 weeks before the class50% administration fee

Less than 2 weeks before the class – Rescheduling is not possible

Administration fees will be issued as an invoice via email. Once payment has been received, confirmation of the new class date will be sent.

VANILLA INK CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event that Vanilla Ink CIC needs to cancel a class, we will give as much notice as possible, and no less than three days before the session is due to take place. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

If the workshop cannot be rescheduled, you will be offered either a credit voucher for the full value of the class, or a full refund.

Vanilla Ink CIC is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred in relation to class bookings.
