These pieces faded away so other collections could flourish. But we got sad with them sitting all jumbled together in drawers or boxes, so we took them out, spruced them up and wept after seeing how beautiful they truly were!
The extINKt collection will always grow, continuing to be added to as we design, tinker and create. To achieve true satisfaction for a collection, there has to be prototypes or cast-offs, a collective ground zero if you like. Although these will never become part of our actual collections, we feel we can’t simply leave them aside forever or heaven forbid, sent for scrap… yikes!
Nope, not at all… blood, sweat and tears literally went into these pieces, it’s a sin that they never see the light of day. But don’t go thinking they’re inferior or poorly made, these are still incredible pieces of jewellery, delicately crafted by a Master Goldsmith and finished to the highest standard.
The fact that they are standalone pieces tossed together like the ragtag bunch they are means we can sell them for a much lower rate, meaning you get to own an outstanding original piece of Vanilla Ink jewellery for a bargain price. What’s not to like?
