The Nine is a combination of 27 years worth of craft, determination and pain, the culmination of a glittering career creating mind-blowing pieces of superb quality. Working away year after year in high-end studios, Scott refined and honed his skills until he became a true master of his craft.
After founding Vanilla Ink CIC in 2017, he found himself solely responsible for both the design and the manufacture of bespoke pieces, rather than simply bringing another designer’s ideas to life.
Now free to design and create without limits, Scott quickly found himself as a natural designer with his own authentic, unique and unmistakable aesthetic. He somehow manages to put his own inimitable stamp on everything he does, with clients from all over the world now seeking out his jewellery.
Each piece he creates is deliberate, accurate and made with such incredible detail you wouldn’t actually believe it was handmade. To have one of this country’s finest goldsmiths at the helm leaves us feeling fortunate but delighted that he gets to pass on his skills to the next generation.
The Nine is the very definition of a slow burner… 27 years in the making but well worth the wait!
