Terms and Conditions
Please note that once the full payment for the order has been accepted you are bound into a legal contract with us. The completion of the contract will take place on the despatch of your product(s) you have ordered unless your order has not been accepted or you decide to cancel your order in accordance with our cancelling and order procedure.
Your order may not be accepted as a result of one of the following:
- The product is out of stock
- We were unable to receive full payment of item(s)
- We discover a pricing or product description error
Cancelling an order
Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch, please contact us immediately by email or telephone to cancel your order. These "terms and conditions" do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Returns
We are sure that you will love what you buy but if you do have any problems or questions please feel free to get in touch so we can help. We offer a no questions asked refund policy on any unworn/unused items returned in their original condition within 10 days. All we as is you return the item(s) back to us along with your invoice and we will refund you asap. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we can accept refunds on earrings. Returned items are the responsibility of you until we have received the items. We recommend sending the items special delivery. We will only refund postage costs on faulty items.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method.

We will process any refunds within 7 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
Delivery
Delivery costs are as follows;
UK Express Special Delivery £5.45
Europe International Signed for £6.50
Rest of World International Signed for £8.50
UK - All of our mail is dispatched using Royal Mail with Special Delivery to fully protect your order. Special Delivery orders should be delivered by 1pm on the following working day and will require a signature on receipt. As you can understand that some circumstances could be out of hands and some things like weather can hold up an order.
Rest of the World - Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days, but sometimes can take longer. Your order may be subject to taxes and other charges upon entering the country and these are your responsibility to pay.
Most orders will require a signature so please make sure you enter an address (like your work) where you are more likely to be able to sign.

All the information we collect will not be passed to any third party.Information we collect is: name, address, phone number and email Address. This information will be held securely. You have the option to register for an account where your information will be stored.
